Disc Problem? What to do

Back and neck pain patients are commonly referred for MRI's (MRT) given the diagnosis "bulging disc" then sent to physio or surgery.  All too often, this is done without much explanation, context or educational awareness. I examine many patients that have little understanding of what is actually going on with the disc.  These guys explain it well.
