More Fun with Your SKLZ ball
One of the reasons I like the SKLZ ball (also know as a peanut ball) is its simplicity. You can simply, “find the spot”, lay down and do nothing for 2 minutes. Feel it stretch the spine. One of the best areas is between the shoulder blades, as high up your spine as you can go before it reaches your neck. Lay on a flat, firm surface, (like the floor) for 3-4 minutes.
